Privacy notice

Short, honest, and up to date.

This notice reflects what the publication actually does today. If an integration is connected later, this page changes with it.

What we collect

If you join the Good Questions Club we store your first name, email address, the consent wording you agreed to, and the date you agreed. If you use the contact form we store your name, email and message so we can reply. Editorial HQ accounts store the details the platform needs to sign you in.

Why we hold it

To send the newsletter you asked for, to answer your message, and to run the publication. We do not sell data, and we do not add you to anything you did not ask for.

Analytics

No third-party analytics or advertising tracker is connected to this site. Performance figures in Editorial HQ are either manually entered by us or come from an integration that is explicitly shown as connected. When nothing is connected, there are no figures.

Cookies and local storage

The public pages do not set advertising cookies. Signing into Editorial HQ uses the platform's authentication session. Your theme and navigation choices are not tracked.

AI-assisted work

Draft copy and imagery may be produced with AI assistance inside Editorial HQ. Generated images are labelled as generated. AI drafts are never published without a human approval step.

Your choices

Every newsletter email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to correct or delete your subscriber record or contact message by writing to us through the contact form.

Who to ask

The editors run this publication. Use the contact form for any privacy request and we will confirm what we hold.
